I got a 2.6 freshman year of high school, a 2.8 sophomore year of high school, and if i got a 4.1 junior year of high school on a 4.0 scale is there a possibility of getting into a good college? or a college i would like? for example i would like to go to colorado college in colorado springs or the university of denver (polar opposites, i know) or even boulder. will they see the massive improvement and will that give me a better chance at getting in? or is there any way i can get some sort of academic scholarship for any amount for such improvement? i understand that the massive improvement will help, but when i write my application letters if i write a really good one for that will that also help? If i do get a 4.1, it will make my gpa roughly 3.1 or 3.2, will the colleges automatically look at that and rule me out, or will the go into more depth and see the 2-6-4.1 improvement and say something like "wow he really turned it around" or something along those lines and will that help me? please let me know because im starting to worry if i really really screwed up freshman and sophomore year. I also plan to get above a 4.0, around a 4.5 senior year. thanks guys, i appreciate any positive help.... Read More »
